Why do this?

Few practices in the world are as important or impactful as mindfulness.

Even though mindfulness is often associated with meditation, I like to consider mindfulness an all-encompassing way of thinking.

It's the act of generating an understanding of all aspects of your life, which allows you to truly live in a healthy and fulfilling manner.

There was a time when I was truly lost with no plan and didn't care about my health. Once my relationships, self-esteem, career prospects, and reputation got shaky, I knew I had to make a change in my life.

Through meditation, journaling, education planning, and abstinence from substances, I've grown more connected to the world. I have a clear feel and grip on my purpose. I know myself more and enjoy a growing yet unshakable confidence in all aspects of my life.

My goal is to spread the knowledge that I seek and have found helpful in my own growth journey. I want to be better than I was yesterday and you should too.
